Judge Kelley issues Order to Compel to force Clerk Carrie Ward to Transmit Ballot Language to Elections office by 4:00pm 2/9/07.  City fails to meet deadline, excuse,  "our clock is off".  Includes exact Ballot Language.  -  2/9/07


Coalition settles SLAPP suit filed against Riviera Beach.  All suits, claims and counterclaims between City and The Public Beach Coalition are over and done.

What DOES REMAIN is Catalfumo's action against Coalition and City of RB to declare the Amendments and the Election Unconstitutional and in violation of the City's Comprehensive Plan.  Best analysis is that Catalfumo's claim/position is legally weak.
